There are so many accommodation options for you in Cornwall. If you are not driving, there is a bus stop right by the studio. If getting the bus you could look at options in Falmouth, Penryn, Helston or Porthleven are some good options. If you look on Airbnb, using our postcode TR13 0PL. There are a couple of options that are walking distance listed below. If you have a car then Cornwall has lots of beautiful places to stay and I strongly recommend saving some time for exploring this beautiful part of the world. We have compiled a few options for you below where our students will be given a discount when booking outside of the busy summer season.
The below two properties are both a short 10-minute walk across the field to the studio.
The Annexe
Your idyllic Cornish retreat is a self-contained annexe with private entrance, parking and large enclosed garden. Inside you'll find a large lounge comprising a sofa bed, wood burning stove, kitchenette, 42-inch TV and free WIFI. A separate spacious double bedroom with dual aspect windows looking onto a private garden, ensuite walk in power shower and separate toilet. Edwina & Jamie have created a wonderful relaxed nautical themed accommodation, where your welcomed with locally sourced scones, jam and clotted cream.

Lowarth Treargel Shepherds Hut
The Shepherds hut's name originates from the Cornish language meaning 'garden retreat' and it certainly makes a lovely secluded romantic retreat for two, located in half an acre of an enclosed private woodland garden. Inside the shepherds hut you’ll find a kitchenette area, wood burning stove, a double bed which folds away to reveal a seating/dining area with a pull-down table and storage underneath the bench seating. An ensuite rainfall power shower, toilet, hand basin, Egyptian cotton robes and slippers are also provided. Edwina and James have created a unique, tranquil nature inspired hut, complete with a wood fired hot tub.
Un wind in the idyllic gardens, surrounded by wildlife and the distant sounds of dairy cows, while indulging with a bottle of complimentary prosecco, traditional Cornish scones, jam and clotted cream on your arrival.

The Old Stables with Seaview
Stunning light and spacious studio living space on Old Cornish Farm, private lane. View from stable doors across courtyard to the sea. Conveniently located between Praa Sands, surfing beach, and Porthleven, harbour village with multiple restaurants.
The space
Stunning newly converted studio, renovate with attention to detail. King sized bed. Clean. Small but spacious. Outside table and 2 chairs overlooking wooded area.

Also, a bit further afield but within a 20-minute drive are some stunning farm cottages. If you’re wanting a bit more space, with a fire and surrounded by countryside with some chickens to boot. Then try The Mudgeon Vean cottages.
